Building & Construction Industy Payments Act 2004 (Qld)

Contract Administration Group Pty is named in the Building and Construction Industry Payments Regulation 2004, section 3 and schedule 1 as the body authorised to issue the Certificate in Adjudication. A person must hold an adjudication qualification to become an adjudicator under the Building and Construction Industry Payments Act 2004

The next training course will be held on 12, 13 and 14 February 2018 in Brisbane and will be directed to the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act 2017 which recieved assent on 10 November 2017..

If you wish to apply to attend the 2018 training course to be held in February you may lodge an application now. This will not obligate you to attend or pay. If a place is still available on the February course you will be offered a place which you may accept, reject or simply allow to lapse. Applications must be made by submitting a completed Application Form.
