Building & Construction Industy Payments Act 2004 (Qld)

Contract Administration Group Pty is named in the Building and Construction Industry Payments Regulation 2004, section 3 and schedule 1 as the body authorised to issue the Certificate in Adjudication. A person must hold an adjudication qualification to become an adjudicator under the Building and Construction Industry Payments Act 2004.

The Certificate in Adjudication training for BCIPA held in April 2017 in Brisbane was fully subscribed. The February 2018 is now over 90% subscribed.

If you wish to apply to attend the 2018 training course to be held in February you may lodge an application now. This will not obligate you to attend or pay. If a place is still available on the February course you will be offered a place which you may accept, reject or simply allow to lapse. Applications must be made by submitting a completed Application Form.

It is not intended to run another Certificate training course in 2017. To give some idea as to what is likely to be involved, consider the Frequently Asked Questions.
