Building & Construction Industy Payments

ContractAdmin and Contract Administration Group provide training for the Building and Construction Industry Payments Acts in Australian jurisdictions. Contract Administration Group is the body appointed by the Queensland Government to train adjudicators and to issue the Certificate in Adjudication under the Building and Construction Industry Payments Regulation 2004, section 3 and schedule 1.

The next training course will be held on 12, 13 and 14 February 2018 in Brisbane and will be directed to the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act 2017 which recieved assent on 10 November 2017.

We also provide training to industry, industry organisations and indivuals for working effectively with administration of building and constructin contracts, claiming and assessing payments and extensions of time.
