BCIPA - Certificate in Adjudication

The next Certificate In Adjudication course will be held in February 2018 in Brisbane. The course is presently over 90% subscribed.

The face to face component will require 3 days attendance on 12, 13 and 14 February.

There will also be precourse work to complete before the face to face component and a mock adjudiction to complete in the 3 weeks following the face to face component.

Applications may now be made to attend the 2018 course. Applications may only be made by submitting a completed Application Form.

Lodging an application does not obligate you to attend or pay. If places on the course are still available, places will be offered based on order of receipt of applications. When an offer is made you may accept or reject the offer or simply let the offer lapse. Offers will be made in November or December 2017.

Contract Administration Group Pty Ltd is named in the Building and Construction Industry Payments Regulation 2004, section 3 and schedule 1 as the body authorised to issue the Certificate in Adjudication. A person must hold an adjudication qualification to become an adjudicator under the Building and Construction Industry Payments Act 2004. If the proposed changes to legislation are enacted before the course the training will cover the legislation in force in February 2018.
